A non-profit community hospital in beautiful NW PA seeks a BC/BE Pulmonologist/Critical Care physician to work in a 14-bed ICU. The physician will be expected to round on ICU patients and see patients in an outpatient setting. The ICU is equipped with tele-ICU, tele-stroke, and tele-neurology. The physician will join two other physicians in a busy hospital-based practice. BC in sleep medicine is a plus but not required.

The Medical Center has a Respiratory Care Service with a dedicated team of 21 respiratory therapists. They have been involved in the National Emphysema Treatment Trial research project and are now a satellite facility for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center lung volume reduction surgery program, providing rehab for patients before and after surgery. They also offer the Breathing Easy Pulmonary Rehab Program, located in the hospital and run by their team trained to treat lung disease.
