Pay Range

This range is provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base Pay Range

$310,000.00/yr - $355,000.00/yr

Summary

This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT open until May 16, 2025. Initial review of applications will occur after March 31, 2025, with subsequent reviews every two weeks or as vacancies occur until filled.

Duties
  • Participate in outpatient, inpatient, and ICU services, with opportunities in Sleep Medicine for trained candidates.
  • Contribute to teaching and supervise fellows, residents, and medical students from the University of Arizona.
  • Maintain certifications (BLS, ACLS) and comply with VA regulations.
  • Engage in quality improvement activities and research, with up to 35% protected research time for eligible investigators.
Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Full, unrestricted medical license
  • Completed residency in an approved program
  • Proficiency in English
  • Background check and pre-employment screening
  • Participation in VA's vaccination program
