Physician / Psychiatry / Virginia / Locum or Permanent / Child Psychiatrist Opening Just South of Richmond, VA - Inpatient/Outpatient Mix, High Income Potential

We are seeking BE/BC Child and Adult Psychiatrists interested in a mix of inpatient and outpatient work in the Richmond, VA area. Since 1978, our team of physicians, psychologists, social workers, and counselors has been providing tailored psychiatric, substance abuse, and mental health treatments to individuals and families.

• Requires one weekend per month of hospital coverage.
• Two offices are located in underserved areas, able to provide J1 waiver or H1B sponsorship.
• First-year salary guarantee of $300,000. Income potential ranges from $350,000 to $750,000 or more after ramp-up.
• Compensation is based on collections. Providers receive 65% of collections for their work, minus direct expenses.
