Job Description

Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic institution and teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, is seeking a Psychiatrist. The role involves split responsibilities among Inpatient Psychiatry, ECT, Consult Liaison, and Adult Outpatient Psychiatry.

This position offers academic rank and salary based on experience. Candidates should be board certified or eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with a strong clinical background in behavioral health disorders. Preference is given to those interested in Inpatient Psychiatry or with fellowship training in Consult Liaison Psychiatry. The candidate will supervise and teach residents, medical students, and other trainees, with opportunities for involvement in medical education, residency training, and administrative roles.
