Essentia Health is seeking a psychiatrist to join their Behavioral Health team in Bismarck, ND. Our Behavioral Health team is seeking a psychiatrist to serve patient populations throughout the local and outlying communities. The physician will provide behavioral health services to individual patients across the lifespan. The division includes physicians, psychologists, nurse practitioners, clinical social workers, psychiatric physician assistants, nurses, and support staff, offering a professional atmosphere for practice.
Schedule: part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday 8a.m.–5p.m.; no evenings or weekends. Primary outpatient practice with the possibility of a rotating schedule for inpatient/ED consults. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Base salary: $335,000. Hired candidates may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
