How does Teladoc work? - When access to care is unavailable due to proximity or time constraints, Teladoc provides access to U.S. board-certified physicians who can resolve many non-emergency medical issues via phone or secure online video consultations.

Each consultation includes a comprehensive review of a patients electronic health record. Teladoc physicians treat a variety of conditions and if medically appropriate, prescribe medication.
