Physician / Psychiatry / Kentucky / Locum or Permanent / Part time Psychiatrist position with outpatient clinic Job

A part time psychiatrist is needed to provide care to our veteran patients at an outpatient VA clinic in Hopkinsville, KY. The position is .6 FTE or 3 days/week. The physician will also be the collaborating MD to the mental health NP. The clinic operates Monday-Friday only, no weekends, no evenings. Requirements Include: Possess a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from an accredited school in US or internationally. Candidates must have successfully completed a residency program in Psychiatry with recognition by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association. Current and unrestricted DEA. Licensed or willing to become licensed in Kentucky. Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Military Training Network (MTN).
