Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join an outpatient team consisting of one full-time adult psychiatrist, one full-time child and adolescent psychiatrist, and three full-time adult psychiatry APPs. We are proactively seeking a replacement for the upcoming retirement of our adult psychiatrist, who sees high-acuity patients and supervises the APPs. The clinic fosters a positive dynamic among providers, and a good personality fit is important to maintain this environment. The clinic is scheduled to move to a newly renovated space, just 5 minutes from the hospital campus, this summer. Additionally, we offer a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for patients requiring direct admission. Our focus is on therapy and medication management; we are not an addiction or Suboxone center.

• $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2, & 3)
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• No after-hours call
