Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our integrated health system in Rolling Meadows, IL. This full-time role offers 32 patient-facing hours plus 4 administrative hours, with easy access for patients through our health system and Epic EMR integration.

The physician will join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service line, delivering safe and equitable care in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in Illinois
• Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Graduate of accredited medical school
• Current CPR certification or ACLS/ATLS/PALS per American Heart Association

• Pay Range: $222,369 - $356,709 - The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications
