Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) Otolaryngology is seeking a Supervisor II to oversee daily office operations, manage provider and patient scheduling, and supervise a team of staff across multiple locations. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and process improvement while supporting a busy ENT practice in the region.

The position requires 3 years of medical office experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role or completion of UHS Supervisor In Training.

Position Overview

Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures. The Supervisor II level of responsibility includes more than 17 direct reports, more than six (6) providers, working RVU’s of greater than 20,000, or a supervisory role for a teaching practice or multiple locations.

$30.58 - $45.86 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor In Training program.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
