Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) in New York's Southern Tier seeks an Office Operations Supervisor for the Greene clinic. You will manage provider, patient and staff schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure staff compliance with regulatory and company policies.

You will monitor monthly department reports on expenses, quality, patient satisfaction, and care, while maintaining CLIA Waived Lab standards where applicable. This is a day shift, 40-hour-week role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Three (3) years relevant medical office experience and one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Associate or Bachelors Degree.

• Assumes responsibility for all operations of the office including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Monitors and evaluates monthly department expense reports, as well as financial, volume, RVU, patient satisfaction, EOC, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports.
• Maintains CLIA Waived Lab standards where appropriate.
