Job summary

The American Geriatrics Society seeks a Registered Nurse to support patient care in a facility setting. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited school of nursing and at least one year of healthcare experience, with demonstrated proficiency in core RN competencies.

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

Work Environment

• Work is performed in an office environment that requires working in proximity to other employees and patients.
• The office is air conditioned as well as heated.
• Exposure to equipment cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
• Fast‑paced environment including frequent interruptions.
• Frequent sitting, walking, standing and bending.
• Possibility of lifting of patients.
• Mobility may include access through a multi‑level facility, including climbing stairs.
• PPE‑ Eyewear, Masks, Face shields, Shoe covers, Gloves per UHS Infection Control and CDC guidelines when appropriate.
