United Health Services, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Spine Care and Pain Relief team in Johnson City, NY.

The RN delivers professional nursing care, triages patients, assists providers, and coordinates care transitions in a busy outpatient setting. The ideal candidate holds a NY RN license, has at least 1 year of acute or ambulatory care experience, and will maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting.
• NY State RN license required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Triage and care disposition of patients.
• Provide clinical nursing care and assist providers as needed.
• Facilitate care transitions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support office staff in delivering safe, efficient patient care.

Position OverviewThe Registered Nurse (RN) delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting, supporting Healthcare Providers and office staff in the coordination and delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to triaging and care disposition of patients, clinical care, assisting providers as needed, facilitating care transitions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.The RN is accountable for maintaining compliance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act, United Health Services Hospitals and Nursing Division policies, the American Nurses Association (ANA) Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics, and the Patient Bill of Rights.
