Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) in Endicott, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver professional care within the UHS Physician Practice setting. The role is day shift in the UHS Primary Care Endicott unit with a 40-hour work week. Compensation ranges from $33.63 to $50.45 per hour, depends on experience and qualifications.

• At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers professional nursing care in the UHS Physician Practice setting, supporting Healthcare Providers and office staff in the coordination and delivery of safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to triaging and care disposition of patients, clinical care, assisting providers as needed, facilitating care transitions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Primary Care Endicott

Primary Work Shift: Day

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation Range: $33.63 - $50.45 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

Minimum requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• At least one year experience in an acute care or ambulatory care setting.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting.
• Bachelor's degree

License/Certification

• Current NY State RN license.
• Documentation of current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days employment.
