Job Summary

Responsible for managerial, financial, and business development projects.

Essential Functions

  • Develop billing and collection systems to ensure timely and accurate responses from payers.
  • Create comprehensive forms and templates to facilitate information flow between patients and practices/offices.
  • Develop procedures to improve referral and patient scheduling processes.
  • Establish mechanisms for monitoring services and resolving issues to ensure effective operation.
  • Conduct staff training on forms, processes, systems, and mechanisms; develop training manuals.
  • Provide high-quality service and enhance the patient experience.
  • Participate in planning and organizing programs and operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least one year in a physician practice setting with practice operations and/or revenue cycle experience.
