Job Summary
Responsible for managerial, financial, and business development projects.
Essential Functions

- Develops billing and collection systems to ensure timely and accurate response from payers.
- Develops comprehensive forms and templates to facilitate the flow of information between patients and practices/offices.
- Develops comprehensive forms and procedures to facilitate and improve referral and patient scheduling.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring services provided and resolving problems to ensure effective operation.
- Conducts staff training on forms, processes, systems, and mechanisms; develops training manuals.
- Provides high-quality service and an enhanced patient experience.
- Participates in planning and organizing programs and operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- This is a non-management role that reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Humanities, or related field.
- Experience: At least one year working in a physician practice setting with practice operations and/or revenue cycle experience.
