Job Summary

Responsible for managerial, financial, and business development projects.

Essential Functions
  • All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's values: Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference.
  • Develops billing and collection systems to ensure timely and accurate response from payers.
  • Develops comprehensive forms and templates to facilitate the flow of information between patients and practices/offices.
  • Develops comprehensive forms and procedures to facilitate and improve referral and patient scheduling.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring services provided and resolving problems to ensure effective operation.
  • Conducts staff training on forms, processes, systems, and mechanisms; develops training manuals.
  • Provides high-quality service and an enhanced patient experience.
  • Participates in planning and organizing programs and operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
  • This is a non-management role that reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Humanities, or related field.
  • Experience: At least one year working in a physician practice setting with practice operations and/or revenue cycle experience.
