Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Specifics of The Role

• Full-time position
  • 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
  • Flexible hours to accommodate work-life balance
• Vacation: 6 weeks annually
• Office location: 8233 Glencarin Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46804
• Office features: Located on the Southwest side, easy access to I-69, clinical support staff including RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants, fully integrated EMR system, and easy access to specialty care

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm, with potential for extended hours or a 4- or 5-day workweek
• Rotating call: 1:30
• Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers
