Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our Family Medicine practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Role Details

• Full-time position: 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time. Flexible hours to support work-life balance.
• Six weeks of vacation annually.

Location: 10515 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. Situated on the southwest side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 69. Support staff includes RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants. Fully integrated EMR system and easy access to specialty care.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with potential for extended hours and a 4- or 5-day workweek. Rotating call: 1:30.

Supervision: Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
