Job summary

The Rothman Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our Glen Mills, PA based practice. Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine is preferred.

The primary focus is evaluating and treating spinal pathology. Physiatrists may perform procedures they are comfortable with, including epidural injections, joint injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation, with access to imaging and teaching opportunities

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in PM&R, PA license to practice in PA or eligibility.
• Active medical license or ability to obtain PA license promptly.
• Experience in interventional spine or pain medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat spinal pathology as part of PM&R practice.
• Perform procedures such as epidural/intra-articular injections and blocks.
• Participate in teaching and clinical work at Rothman facilities.

Job Summary

The Rothman Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our practice based in the Glen Mills, PA region. Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine is preferred. The primary focus of the physiatrist's practice will be evaluating and treating spinal pathology.

Physiatrists are able to perform any of the procedures that they feel comfortable with: epidural steroid injections, sacroiliac joint injections, joint injections, medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation, Intracept, spinal cord stimulator trials, kyphoplasty, electrodiagnostics.

All of our regions are supported by diagnostic x-ray and fluoroscopy suites, MSK ultrasound, and orthotics. Teaching opportunities and academic appointments are available through Sidney Kimmel Medical College (Jefferson) if desired, depending on office location.

Qualified Candidates

• Board certified or board eligible in PM&R
• Clear and active license in PA or willingness to obtain PA license
