Position Highlights:

  • The Hospitalist Department consists of multiple hospitalists and is fully supported with a team of clinical & non-clinical staff as well as APCs
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Focus on Quality instead of Quantity while delivering utmost care to patients
  • Moderate scheduling templates to promote Work and Life Balance
  • Partner with other medical professionals while practicing with autonomy
  • Patient Assessments, Formulating Care Plans, Finding Gaps in Care Delivery, Communicating and Teaching patients about personal Care Management
  • Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of (NY) at time of employment
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start

The hourly range for this role is $125.00 to $186.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
