Practice Details

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our established practice in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will join a great group of Pediatric Subspecialists, Pediatric Hospitalists, Intensivists, and Neonatologists, all located onsite in Marshfield along with our Children's Hospital. This is mostly an outpatient practice evaluating and managing infants, children and adolescents that have a variety of hormonal disorders, with a focus on type 1 diabetes, obesity, short stature, gender dysphoria and other Endocrine related issues. Limited inpatient and ER consults during the clinic day. Low call volume that is shared among the providers, with much support from the inpatient providers. Opportunity to supervise and teach our Pediatric residents, along with medical students that rotate throughout the division. Current fellows welcome to apply!

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation of $261,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
