Job summary

Banner Health seeks a full-time Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist to join Banner Children's Specialists in Mesa, AZ, delivering inpatient and outpatient interventional care. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team and integrate into a thriving service at Desert Medical Center.

The role involves collaboration with NICU/PICU teams and surgeons, with a strong focus on innovative pediatric cardiovascular care in a leading regional system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required from an accredited program.
• Board certification in Pediatric Cardiology required.
• Completion of an Advanced Interventional Fellowship required.
• Arizona medical license obtained by start date or licensure in process acceptable to begin duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient interventional pediatric cardiology services at Banner Children's at Desert Medical Center in Mesa.
• Collaborate with NICU, PCICU/PICU, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Obstetrics teams.
• Join a multidisciplinary team of six cardiologists and contribute to a growing practice in the Phoenix metro area.

Banner Health and the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Banner Children's Specialists (BCS) is seeking applications for a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join a thriving and growing practice in the Phoenix Metropolitan area in Arizona. The ideal candidate will integrate into a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team of six cardiologists, collaborating closely with specialists across the NICU, PCICU/PICU, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Obstetrics departments. This position is based at Banner Children's at Desert Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona, with responsibilities encompassing both outpatient and inpatient clinical services.

Minimum Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. Degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology
• Completion of Advanced Interventional Fellowship
• Arizona medical license obtained by start date
