Practice Overview

Join a Community Health Center with 90 Providers (15 Physicians and 75 APPs) across 15 locations as they expand. They are developing Primary Care Clinics and a Multispecialty Clinic with Specialists to serve underserved communities. The team also covers several Long Care Facilities / Skilled Nursing Facilities in the area.

Responsibilities & Collaboration

• Collaborate with Physicians, APPs, and healthcare professionals to form a high-performing medical team.
• Provide outpatient pediatric care.
• Supervise APPs.

• Employment type: Employed
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, with options for additional shifts
