JWCH, Inc. is offering a full-time position based in Vermont, with flexible scheduling options including extended hours. The role involves evaluating, treating, and managing pediatric and adolescent patients, collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer, and operational responsibilities within the primary care team. The position reports to the physician team leader responsible for pediatric care teams, with a nurse assisting in patient case management.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with extended hours available
  • Employed position, with an annual salary ranging from $260,000 to $280,000
  • No call schedule
  • Benefits include relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, CME allowance, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays

Requirements:
