CompHealth is assisting a pediatric team in Victorville, CA to fill a 100% outpatient role with no evenings, weekends, or after-hours call. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 am–5 pm, with flexible 4- or 5-day options and about 20–25 patients per day supported by experienced PA and NP staff.

The position utilizes Athenahealth EMR with AI ambient note support, offers student loan repayment programs and relocation assistance, and provides competitive compensation with a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatrician required or encouraged to apply.
• 100% outpatient role with no evenings, weekends or after-hours call.
• Monday–Friday schedule 8 am–5 pm; flexible 4- or 5-day options.

Salary from $275000.00 to $325000.00 annually
