CompHealth invites you to practice in Springville, a short drive northeast of Birmingham, AL. This 100% outpatient opportunity features a four-day workweek (32 hours) from 8 am to 5 pm and rotating Saturday coverage with offset hours.

Join a small, established team with one pediatrician and five NPs, supported by MA staff. Compensation is competitive with a production bonus and four weeks of PTO; our recruiters assist with salary negotiations, licensing, interviews, and paperwork.

• 100% outpatient position with no inpatient duties
• Four-day workweek, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (32 hours per week)
• Rotating Saturday coverage from 8 am - 12 pm; offset hours given same week
• Join 1 pediatrician and 5 NPs in a well-established practice
• Average 25 patients per day with dedicated MA support per provider
• Nurse-triaged call with infrequent backup call rotation
• Competitive compensation with production bonus and 4 weeks of PTO
• Located 30 minutes northeast of Birmingham, Alabama

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient care in a 100% outpatient setting
• Collaborate with pediatrician, NPs, and MA team to manage patient load
• Participate in rotating Saturday coverage and after-hours rotation as needed
