It is a hospital-employed role with PSLF eligibility and a strong benefits package. You may choose full-time (36 hours per week) or part-time (27 hours per week) FTE, with 40 PTO days and a CME stipend to support ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient practice with light shared call rotated among providers
• Join a well-established team of 11 MD/DOs, 1 APP, 3 RNs, and support staff
• Teaching site for a pediatric residency program with mentorship opportunities
• Hospital-employed position with Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• Productivity and quality bonuses available in addition to competitive compensation
