Job summary

Multispecialty physician group in Greensboro, NC seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a Family Medicine team on a full-time basis. The role features a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with a collaborative care model and positive workplace culture.

Job/Practice Description

Family Medicine PA/NP Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8: 30 AM–5: 00 PM (shift hours may vary based on practice needs)

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a cost-effective, efficient, compassionate manner
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice, exercising sound clinical judgment
• Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations
• Ensure accurate documentation, diagnostic and CPT coding, and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations
• Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
• Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology
