Job summary

CompHealth is assisting in placing a pediatric surgeon for a hospital-employed role with patients ranging from newborns to teens. On-call is 1:3, and relocation assistance is negotiable. Benefits include medical, life, 403(b), CME, and malpractice coverage. We welcome 2026 graduates as candidates.

The ideal candidate is a pediatric surgeon with U.S. licensure, experienced in team-based hospital settings and committed to delivering high-quality pediatric surgical care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatric surgeon (or in process) with eligible medical licensure in the United States.
• US medical license or eligibility required for U.S. practice.
• Open to 2026 graduates as per posting constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric surgical care for newborns through teenagers.
• Participate in 1:3 on-call schedule and hospital duties.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
• Assist in coordinating relocation and contract negotiations with facilities.
