• Hospital-employed position with a large, collegial group of 105 physicians and 88 CRNAs
• Subspecialty focus areas include OB, neuro, trauma, critical care, cardiac, and pediatrics
• Critical care commitment flexible: minimum 1 week per month up to 50 - 100% of clinical time
• ICU coverage includes cardiovascular, neuroscience, and surgical ICUs with eICU in development
• Supervision-focused role with residents, fellows, and advanced practice provider teams
• Call is 1 in 8; critical care schedule follows a 1-week on and 1-week off rotation
