CentraCare Health is seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to provide inpatient care to the central Minnesota community. The role includes 13-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, and 1.0 FTE coverage.

• Support 24/7 coverage with rotating day/night shifts.

• Rotating day/night scheduling
• 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $225,000 – $250,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based (RVU) compensation.

• 7 Physicians, 4 APPs
• Caring for children 0‑17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses
• Pediatric unit with a total of 22 beds – 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, 14 general pediatric beds
• PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist
• Pediatric sedation program, dedicated child life specialists
• Family medicine resident and student teaching opportunities
