Summary

Provide high-acuity inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents within CentraCare’s integrated behavioral health system. This role focuses on evaluation, stabilization, and treatment of youth with complex psychiatric needs while working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a structured hospital setting to support safe transitions and improved outcomes.

Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital, St. Cloud, MN
• Day shifts | 8am-5pm

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $300,000 - $345,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

The program operates within a large, integrated health system and regional referral center, offering strong clinical support, collaborative care models, and access to specialty resources to support high-quality inpatient psychiatric care for pediatric patients.
