Responsibilities and Duties

• May remain out of the hospital when there are no acute hospital issues.
• Must be able to return to the hospital within 20 minutes at all times while on call.
• Provide care for the Newborn Nursery.
• Manage high-risk deliveries.
• Handle ER consults.
• Provide weekday and weekend coverage.
