• Inpatient Palliative Care/Hospice/Home Hospice
• Fast paced, high volume, growing program with referrals from several hospitals
• Certified as a Hospice Program since 1987
• M - F, 8am-5pm with rotating call schedule
• Quality scores higher than National Average CMS Hospice Compare
• EPIC EMR
• Located in the heart of the Great Lakes
