About the role

The Physician Outreach Specialist is responsible for growing existing and building new physician referral relationships, collaborating on operations initiatives, and supporting the practice's reputation in the community. The role supports Mindful Health Solution’s mission to deliver interventional psychiatry and supportive care to alleviate suffering and save lives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow physician referral sources through visits, networking, events, and outreach.
• Share market feedback to improve services.
• Understand and communicate Mindful Health Solutions’ offerings and value.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Support growth metrics like consults and new patient starts.
• Develop strategic referral plans based on trends.
• Lead community events and maintain relationships with local groups.
• Document activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with front office, marketing, and other departments.
• Order marketing materials for clinics and field activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience working with physicians or medical practices.
• Knowledge of provider landscape in Southern California, Texas, Northern California, or Washington.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Ability to judge and act in compliance with policies and laws.

Salary

Range: $60,000 - $80,000, with potential quarterly bonuses based on performance.
