Job summary

SCA Health in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Physician Liaison to drive case volumes by partnering with internal physicians and their staff. You will conduct regular visits, cultivate relationships, and communicate needs to sales and operations to maximize opportunities.

Travel may be required to cover 1–4 facilities across the region. The role emphasizes collaboration, results ownership, and a patient-centered approach within our ambulatory surgical center network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience or liaison work in healthcare.
• Demonstrated understanding of the ASC business model.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership of results and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maximize case volume from credentialed physicians at assigned facilities.
• Establish and maintain long-term physician and office staff relationships.
• Visit physician offices regularly to assess needs and promote cases.
• Communicate physician needs to sales and operations leadership.
• Identify potential ASC/hospital relationships and opportunities.
• Collaborate to move cases to SCA facilities where appropriate.
• Cover 1–4 facilities depending on geography.
