Seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible ENT Physician

We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible ENT Physician with a general ENT practice. Fellows are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have an otology focus or interest and possess concise and compassionate communication skills for educating patients and families. The ability to obtain an active license in Washington State is required.

Position Details

• Full-time position with a 4 or 5-day schedule.
• Open to 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE.
• Call schedule: 1:5 (typically one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every 5 weeks).
• Consults at two hospitals with a strong hospitalist program.
• Clinic hours are 8-5, with flexible scheduling to achieve 6.5-7 hours of patient care daily and one surgical day per week once practice is established.
• Join a team of four surgeons and one APP.
• Dedicated OR block time.
• Cases shared evenly among colleagues; collegial department with excellent multispecialty support.
• One-year physician partnership track available for U.S. candidates.
