Job description

S E seeking BE/BC Otolaryngologist for a partnership opportunity in Jackson, TN.

1. New outpatient surgery center scheduled for completion late 2023.
2. Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 NPs, and 1 PA. 1:4 call at a 642-bed hospital, with most procedures scheduled at the outpatient surgery center.
3. Leadership roles available for full-time partners. Clinical research opportunities are also available.
4. Sign-on bonus offered.
5. Two-year salary guarantee, followed by a production-based pay formula.
6. Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000.
7. Physician-owned and governed by a 7-member Board of Directors.
8. Compensated sabbatical program starting at 7 years: 8 weeks off.
9. Large primary care presence facilitating built-in referrals.
10. Over 100 physicians and 50 APPs across 25+ specialties and subspecialties.
11. Shared EHR system across all specialties.
12. Serving a 17-county area with facilities in 10 locations over 70 years of service.
