Job description

Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join a talented team. The group has been providing excellent medical care since 1983, specializing in the comprehensive medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose, and throat disorders, head and neck tumors, facial trauma, and facial plastic surgery. Accredited by the IAC CT, our practice offers an excellent opportunity to join collegial partners with a generous compensation structure and a focus on work/life balance.

  1. Competitive compensation with guaranteed base salary and wRVU bonuses

  3. Busy practice volumes with ample block times at both an onsite surgery center and hospital
  4. Average outpatient volume: 30 patients per day in clinic
  5. 1:4 call rotation with additional ER call compensated
  6. Opportunity to buy into onsite Surgery Center and Audiodiagnostics Clinic
  7. Opportunity to volunteer for clinical teaching at IU School of Medicine
  8. Collaboration with medical students on rotation
