Oregon Medical Group/Optum is a primary care-based, multi-specialty group with offices throughout the Eugene and Springfield area. Established in 1988, the organization aims to provide patient-centered care in the Willamette Valley. Over 30 years, it has grown to include internists, family practitioners, pediatricians, obstetricians/gynecologists, and various specialties such as orthopedics, otolaryngology, endocrinology, and more. It offers numerous ancillary services to support quality patient care, including laboratories, diagnostic imaging, a women’s health center, infusion services, and others.

We are recruiting a Otolaryngologist to join our ENT team in Eugene/Springfield. We prioritize clinicians who focus on patient care over volume, allowing ample time to address patient needs.

Position Details:

1. Full-time general otolaryngology practice, covering a wide spectrum from routine cases to advanced surgical care.
2. Join an established team of 3 physicians and 3 audiologists.
3. Support from a Medical Assistant for patient rooming, vitals, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent, with residency completed in Otolaryngology.
• Unrestricted OR Physician License or ability to obtain one.
• Current OR DEA certificate prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification.
• Board Eligible/Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Excellent time management skills.
