COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)

1. Base Salary: $575,000 plus production; base salary never goes away.
2. Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.
3. Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000.
4. Call Coverage: 500 paid call; physicians take 2nd call behind mid-level providers.
5. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement with match, etc.
