CompHealth currently has an Orthopedic Surgeon opening in Federal Way, WA. The role focuses on general orthopedic surgery with an emphasis on total joint replacement, including hip and knee procedures.

The selected candidate will join one experienced orthopedic surgeon and two advanced practice providers, sharing a call rotation of 1:4. The ideal candidate is comfortable with orthopedic trauma; fellowship is not required.

Qualifications

• Fellowship not required but board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is expected.
• General orthopedic surgery and total joint replacement focus.
• Must be comfortable with orthopedic trauma and effectively participate in a shared call schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide general orthopedic surgical care with emphasis on total joint, hip, and knee.
• Collaborate with one experienced orthopedic surgeon and two APPs.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:4 call rotation.

This position is in Federal Way, a coastal city along the Puget Sound Inlet and shadowed by Mount Rainier. It is a great college town with a vibrant downtown and access to plenty of outdoor activities. A large variety of recreational and cultural activities abound, with a reasonable commute into the cities of Seattle and Tacoma for other recreational, shopping, and cultural options.

• Monday - Friday schedule with call 1:4
• Join 1 experienced, established orthopedic surgeon and 2 APPs who share call
• General orthopedic surgery and total joint, hip and knee focus
• Must be comfortable with orthopedic trauma; fellowship not required
• Center of Excellence in Joint Replacement; academic medical center affiliation

Salary from $741981.00 to $741981.00 annually
