Job summary

FoundationMED in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking an MD or DO to join our established functional medicine practice. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time, offering time to think and meaningful patient relationships.

The model is fee-for-service with longer appointments and a low-volume schedule, typically 3–5 patients daily. You will develop and manage your own patient census and receive training in the FoundationMED model.

Qualifications

• Fee-for-service practice with no insurance or Medicare.
• Longer appointments and a low-volume patient schedule.
• 3–5 patients per day and physicians build their own census.
• FoundationMED functional medicine model training.

For more than 13 years, we have cared for patients using a personalized, root-cause approach to complex and chronic health concerns. Our practice is designed to give physicians something increasingly difficult to find in conventional medicine:time to think, clinical autonomy, and meaningful long-term relationships with patients.

An activeNorth Carolina medical licenseis required.
