Our program emphasizes preventive medicine, offering comprehensive screenings, advanced diagnostics, and individualized wellness plans. Position Summary

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our medical team with various clinical and administrative tasks. Your commitment to patient‑centered care and attention to detail will ensure a smooth experience for patients and staff alike.

Where Patient Care Meets Excellence

Are you tired of the assembly‑line approach to healthcare? Ready to trade volume for meaningful connections? Join our intimate concierge practice where you’ll truly make a difference in patients’ lives.

Why This Role Is Different

Imagine a workday where you see 7‑10 patients instead of 30. Where you remember everyone’s name, their story, and their health journey. Where you have time to listen, educate, and build genuine relationships. That’s what we offer.

In our concierge model, you’re not just a medical assistant, you’re a trusted partner in our patients’ health and wellness. You’ll have the time and resources to deliver the white‑glove care you’ve always wanted to provide. Our practice goes beyond traditional insurance‑based medicine by offering advanced, cutting‑edge testing and personalized care that most patients never experience. We believe medical assistants should be empowered, not limited, and we intentionally train and equip you to work at the very top of your scope.

What We Offer
  • Time with patients that allows you to practice the care you were trained to deliver
  • Hands‑on training in advanced testing, concierge workflows, and expanded clinical responsibilities
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Supportive, collegial work environment
  • Work‑life balance that respects your personal time
Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with a select patient panel.
  • Conduct thorough intake and clinical assessments without rushing.
  • Work closely with our physician in a true collaborative partnership during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment.
  • Assist with and coordinate advanced diagnostic and preventive testing.
  • Manage patient records by accurately inputting information into electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Coordinate comprehensive care plans and follow up with patients personally.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to patient needs with care and attention.
  • Apply expanded clinical skills in a thoughtful, patient‑centered environment.
Key Competencies
  • Maintain accuracy in patient records and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
  • Effectively interact with patients and medical staff, fostering a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
  • Work cohesively with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Respond to changing clinical demands and patient needs in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding while addressing patient concerns and inquiries.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited medical assistant program.
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Two years of related medical experience (EKG, injections, vitals, triage, etc.)
  • Two years of knowledge in examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures
  • Two years of knowledge in medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
  • Two years of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient practices.
  • Familiarity with specific EMR systems (e.g., EPIC, Athena).
  • Experience with patient education and health promotion.
Why Join MDVIP?
  • Be part of a mission‑driven organization leading innovation in personalized healthcare.
  • Drive transformation and growth in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Competitive compensation: attractive base salary complemented by performance‑based incentives for eligible roles.
  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.
