Description:
  • Center Medical Directors spend their time clinically treating patients and hold responsibilities related to recruiting, business metrics, patient/client satisfaction, and center management.
  • This role offers physicians the chance to combine patient care with leadership, working for a leader in the workplace health industry.
  • Our Center Medical Directors are key members of a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient care and efficient center operations, balancing clinical duties with leadership.
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Focus on people development through mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
  • Manage daily patient care effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper execution of clinical protocols, monitor indicators for clinical improvement, and maintain accurate records and billing.
  • Create a compliant treatment environment following State Practice Act, Rules and Regulations, and WC Regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certification or Eligibility is highly preferred.
  • Occupational Medicine experience is preferred but training can be provided for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to obtain a state medical license.
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
  • Unrestricted DEA license.
  • Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
