CompHealth is recruiting a Physician-leader for Arlington, VA to serve as Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and lead OB Laborist attending physician. This hospital-employed role includes full administrative backing and a strong multidisciplinary team.

The position requires board-certified OB-GYN with at least five years of clinical and leadership experience, and offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill the role of Medical Director of Labor and Delivery.
• Act as lead OB Laborist attending physician.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and midwives.
• Manage approximately 40 hours per week with 3-4 hospitalist shifts per month.
• Participate in academic affiliations and resident supervision.
