CompHealth in Arlington, VA seeks a Board-certified OB-GYN to serve as Medical Director of Labor and Delivery and lead OB Laborist attending physician. This hospital-employed role includes strong administrative support and a 40-hour week with 3–4 hospitalist shifts monthly.

You will collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and midwives, with access to Da Vinci robotic systems and occurrence-based malpractice coverage. Academic ties offer resident supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB-GYN with minimum 5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience with obstetric critical care and high-risk pregnancies.
