Job summary

LBU Community Clinic in Dallas, TX is seeking a licensed OB/GYN physician to deliver comprehensive care for adolescent and adult female patients within our community-focused practice.

You will supervise mid-level practitioners and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, while ensuring quality, safety and consistency in patient care. Travel between Dallas locations is required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas medical license required.
• Strong expertise in women’s health and urban healthcare delivery.
• Willingness to travel between Dallas clinic locations and stay up to date on immunizations and testing.
• Evidence of current liability insurance or eligibility for LBUCC malpractice coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to adolescent and adult female patients in accordance with established medical practice standards.
• Supervise the clinical activities of mid-level practitioners as required by the State Licensing Board.
• Prepare departmental reports and updates for the CEO when required by government requirements.
• Engage in ongoing performance improvement initiatives to support the clinic’s mission and operational excellence.

What you WILL DO:

As aPhysician, OB/GYN , you will provide comprehensive care to adolescent and adult female patients in accordance with established standards of medical practice within the community. You will supervise the clinical activities of mid‑level practitioners as required by the State Licensing Board and ensure that patient care is delivered with quality, safety, and consistency. Your responsibilities include delivering acceptable and thorough women’s health services, preparing departmental reports and updates for the CEO when governmental requirements arise, participating in the evaluation of medical care delivery within the clinic, and engaging in ongoing performance improvement initiatives that support the clinic’s mission and operational excellence.

Who YOU ARE:

• Candidates must be willing to maintain immunization records and complete medical testing as required by the organization.

• An actively licensed physician in Texas (including Dallas County) with strong proficiency in women’s health and familiarity with urban healthcare delivery systems.
