• 1:4 community call
• 1 OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to support practice
• Approximately 300 deliveries per year at the hospital
• Average of 18 patients seen per day in clinic
• 3 Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum suites
• Physician-led, professionally managed organization
• Minimum of 6 weeks off per year
• Nurse Online Triage available 24/7
• Services include Epidurals, Intrathecals, and Nitrous Oxide
• Clinic RN triage and Lactation consultant support
• Multi-specialty clinic includes Obstetrics/Gynecology, Primary Care with Integrated Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Consultative Pediatrics, General Surgery, Podiatry, Psychiatry, and visiting specialties
• Full-service clinic with Ultrasound, Mammography, laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, Cancer Center, Regional Heart Center, and warfarin clinic
• Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) integrated with entire Essentia system
• Admit privileges at adjacent Essentia Health Virginia Hospital, featuring 83 beds, 7 Pediatric beds, Level I Nursery, Level IV trauma center, and certified stroke-ready facility
• Approximately 60 miles from St. Mary’s Medical Center, a tertiary care center with PICU and NICU

• Regional service area of over 60,000; Virginia population approximately 9,400

Compensation

• Base salary of $386,000, with potential bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
