Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a full-scope OB/GYN physician for a permanent position in Indianapolis. The role involves joining a group of five physicians with a 1:5 call ratio. A family medicine residency supports OB triage and floor coverage.

The center houses a Level III NICU, a surgery center, and robotic capabilities. Required are full OB/GYN credentials, board certification, and expertise in high-risk pregnancies, routine and complex deliveries, and operative gynecology.

Qualifications

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology is required.
• Experience with high-risk pregnancies and complex deliveries is essential.
• Proficiency in OB ultrasound, fetal heart rate interpretation, and NST/CST/FSE is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care in a busy practice.
• Collaborate with a five-physician call group and in-house triage.
• Operate in a facility with Level III NICU and robotic surgery capabilities.

Description:This position is for permanent placement only.We are seeking a full-scope generalist to join a very busy practice.Call is restricted in-house with a ratio of 1:5.The position would involve joining a group of 4 other physicians, making it a total of 5 in the call group.A family medicine residency manages OB triage and assists with patients on the floor.A surgery center and robotic surgery capabilities are available.The facility maintains a Level III NICU.Candidate must possess the required skills in obstetrics and gynecology as listed.Average patient encounters per shift are 22.This is an ongoing opportunity.
